Die casting aluminum requires accurate control of the temperature of the molten alloy to optimize the process and prevent defects such as blowholes. At GAM TECH, our production islands are equipped with ovens on the machine that keep the temperature of the liquid aluminum constant. Furthermore, an automatic aluminum distribution system guarantees a constant flow of raw material towards all the die casting islands. Our production islands are fully automated and controlled by networked computers, which optimize the production process in real time to maximize efficiency and reduce processing times.
