PHASE 1: RAPID PROTOTYPING

The initial step of the industrialization process is prototyping. We work closely with our customers to fully understand their needs and translate them into working prototypes. We analyze product specifications and customer needs to determine the most suitable type of alloy or material. Choosing the right material is crucial to guarantee the strength, durability and performance of the final product. Mold design is a crucial aspect of the phase. We analyze from material preparation to casting, finishing and quality control. We identify potential areas for improvement and make changes to the process to reduce production times, increase efficiency and ensure consistent quality. We use advanced simulation and analysis tools to evaluate the optimization of production parameters. Our ultimate goal is to create a reliable and repeatable manufacturing process, capable of meeting the needs of large-scale production.
