In metal casting, we pioneer the use of cutting-edge processes and technologies, developed in-house, to push the limits and achieve extraordinary results. Our passion for excellence translates into an offer of maximum diversity and versatility, not only in terms of materials, but also with regards to the geometric complexity and dimensions of the components. We can make simple or complex components, from a few grams up to 500 kilograms, for sectors such as the automotive industry, marine applications and commercial and construction vehicles.

Our 3D printing technology for sand casting mold manufacturing represents the pinnacle of innovation. With this additive process, we print molds’ segments and cores using a wide range of inorganic molding materials. Thanks to our large production platforms, we are able to print several parts simultaneously, optimizing time and ensuring maximum efficiency. We offer two 3D printing variants: phenolic resin for delicate, high-strength components and furan resin for large segments.

Our innovative approach combines sand casting with rapid prototyping, offering customized solutions for producing very small batches or over 100 castings. We highly recommend creating a separate casting model, made from synthwood resin, which allows you to make up to 250 castings depending on the type of resin used. This seamless fusion of pattern-based sand casting and rapid prototyping overcomes the limitations of traditional prototype manufacturing.

Precision is our priority when assembling the sand mold. In addition to our extensive experience, we use cutting-edge laser technology to ensure above-average precision in the assembly phase of the mold segments and cores. This allows us to achieve low tolerances comparable to series production.

After completing the sand casting mold, our experts go into action. Using a wide range of alloys, from standard to specialty and custom materials, we cast your component in a dedicated furnace. Whether you need aluminum or cast iron, we can work with all types of materials. And that’s not all: upon request, we can also make functional elements out of plastic, thus offering even more possibilities to meet your specific needs.

With our attention to detail and our innovative solutions for sand and core deburring, it allows us to extract castings compliant with the request, deburring and preparing the piece to be delivered for heat treatment.
