What We Do

Three Key Steps to Shape Metal

Welding

We perform MIG/MAG, TIG, and continuous wire welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and light alloys. We work with thicknesses from 1 to 20 mm, using custom jigs to ensure consistency and repeatability.

All joints are made by certified operators in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9606, with visual inspections and, upon request, non-destructive testing (PT, MT, VT).

Cutting

We use CNC band saws for cutting tubular and profiled materials of various thicknesses, as well as disc cutting systems.

Each process is programmed from CAD files to ensure precision and optimal material use, with tight tolerances and finishes ready for bending or welding.

Bending

Bending operations are carried out using CNC press brakes of various sizes, with angles precisely defined by the customer’s drawing.

The bending sequence is optimized for complex geometries and to eliminate springback, especially when working with stainless steel and other critical materials.
